The Little Blue Montessori School is expanding! LBMS is now accepting applications for experienced A to I Lead Guide positions for the 24-25 school year. We are looking for applicants who are creative, collaborative, great communicators, as well as eager to share Montessori with families new to this pedagogy and way of life! Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
• Implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom community
• Observe and assess children's development and progress
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
• Collaborate with other Guides and staff members

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• AMI or AMS Diploma
• Experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the children and the classroom environment
• Intends to grow with our community!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
